About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer cum Digital Marketing Expert to join our team. The primary focus of this role is graphic design, with strong skills in digital marketing to support our promotional efforts. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of print production requirements to deliver high-quality artwork for both digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop creative and visually appealing designs for print materials including brochures, flyers, business cards, banners, and packaging. Create engaging digital content such as social media posts, website graphics, and email marketing visuals. Understand and apply printing specifications, color profiles, bleeds, and other technical requirements to prepare files for offset and digital printing. Collaborate with clients and the internal team to conceptualize and execute design projects aligned with brand guidelines. Manage and maintain social media accounts, plan content calendars, and run digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility. Edit photos, videos, and other multimedia content for online and offline use. Stay updated with design trends, printing techniques, and digital marketing best practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a print-focused environment. Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both print and digital design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with video editing tools is a plus. Solid understanding of print production processes, color management, and prepress preparation. Experience with social media marketing, content creation, and running paid digital campaigns. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
