Graphic Designer Cum Caricature Sketcher

Job Description
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Proven graphic designing experience
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Coreldraw)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
- Experience: -0-2 Years of proven work experience is mandatory
Key Responsibilities: -
1. Developing and brainstorming ideas for sketching the caricatures and characters.
2. Building up the themes and stories around the characters.
3. Researching and developing sequential stories and rendering the drawings according tothat.
4. Strong hold on current affairs and enthusiasm to read and study to develop caricatures andcharacters which can create impact on readers.
5. Should be able to illustrate the mood and current situations through colors and patterns.
6. Scheduling artwork according to the activities, events, programs and making an event
calendar.
Job Specific Knowledge & Skills: -
a) Functional: Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, 2D/3DAnimations, Premier Pro, Rush, XD, Aero, Dimension, Spark)
b) Behavioral:

Maintains a proactive approach
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Creativity and constantly evolving
Qualification & Experience: -
a) Qualification: Bachelor's Degree preferably in Web/Graphic/Art Design or related discipline Diploma/Certificate in concerned fieldNote: -This job will be strictly work from office only

Salary Range: - 18,000 Per Month
