Design and produce engaging graphics for the company website, including banners, landing pages, UI elements, and visual assets.
Create eye-catching visuals for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to promote brand awareness, products, and campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing and development teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all digital platforms.
Develop infographics, GIFs, video thumbnails, and short animations for social media engagement.
Maintain and update design templates, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
Optimize graphics for responsiveness and load performance on web and mobile platforms.
Stay up-to-date with digital design trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience (2+ years) in digital design, preferably in the tech or IT industry.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects, etc.) or equivalent tools like Figma or Canva.
Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and branding.
Experience in designing for various social media formats and web layouts.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
Experience with video editing or motion graphics.
Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
