Role Overview



We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented

Senior Graphic Designer

to lead the design and execution of brand communication across digital, social media, offline, and e-commerce platforms. The role requires strong visual storytelling skills, campaign ideation, and hands-on execution, ensuring consistent brand identity while delivering engaging, impactful designs.

Key Responsibilities



1. Visual Branding & Campaigns



a) Develop

social media creatives

(4-6 posts per week) for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.

b) Conceptualize and design

seasonal campaign visuals

(festivals, AW/SS collections, discounts, PPTs, videos).

c) Create

offline branding materials

such as posters, banners, dealer boards, and POS assets.

d) Conduct

visual research and moodboard creation

to pitch creative directions.

e) Maintain and update the

brand's visual style guide

for consistency across all channels.

2. Digital Marketing Support



a) Design

Google display ads and digital creatives

to drive campaigns.

b) Adapt master designs into platform-specific formats without compromising quality or messaging.

3. E-Commerce Content



a) Plan and execute

product photoshoots

, coordinating styling, lighting, and layouts.

b) Edit and retouch footwear/product images for

e-commerce platforms (Amazon, website, catalogues)

.

4. Process & Productivity



a) Deliver creatives within defined

turnaround times (TAT)

, especially for launches and ad campaigns.

b) Manage

last-minute/unplanned design requests

efficiently without affecting quality.

c) Organize, label, and archive all creative files for

easy accessibility and audits

.

d) Execute design changes for

packaging materials

(shoe boxes, labels, inserts) as per collection needs.

Key Skills & Competencies



a) Expertise in

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)

and other relevant tools.

b) Strong knowledge of

visual branding, digital marketing creatives, and campaign design

.

c) Experience with

product photography and photo editing

for e-commerce.

d) Ability to manage

multiple projects under tight deadlines

.

e) Excellent sense of

typography, layout, and color balance

.

f) Strong collaboration skills with marketing, sales, and e-commerce teams.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree in

Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field

. 4-6 years of

graphic design experience

, preferably in retail, fashion, or lifestyle industries. Proven portfolio showcasing

social media, campaign, e-commerce, and offline branding projects

.

Performance Metrics (KPIs)



Timely delivery of creatives as per TAT and campaign deadlines. Quality and effectiveness of

social media & ad creatives

(engagement-driven). Successful execution of

offline branding and packaging designs

. Organized and updated

design asset library & style guide

. Contribution to overall

brand visibility, consistency, and campaign impact

.
