About the Role:

Chameli Devi Group of Institutions (CDGI), one of Central India's premier academic institutions, is looking for a creative and passionate

Graphic Designer cum Content Creator

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, content aesthetics, and social media creativity to enhance the institution's digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Design engaging creatives, brochures, posters, and digital assets for social media and marketing campaigns. Develop visually appealing and meaningful content aligned with the institution's brand tone. Create and manage social media content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Collaborate with departments to conceptualize design ideas and promotional material. Edit and refine graphics, images, and videos for events, posts, and website updates. Be flexible to work on weekends (if required) during institutional events or urgent campaigns.

Required Skills & Tools:

Proficiency in

Canva

Adobe Photoshop

Illustrator

, and other basic & advanced design tools. Strong understanding of

social media content trends and digital marketing basics

. Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Design, Media, Marketing, or any relevant field. 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred (freshers with strong portfolios may also apply).
