Lakme Academy Barasat is looking for a creative and trend-savvy
Graphic Designer & Content Creator
who can design visually stunning creatives, videos, and campaigns for our social media platforms.
The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of aesthetics, a keen understanding of digital trends, and the ability to translate the Lakme brand's premium style into engaging visuals that attract new students and showcase academy life.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Content Creation
Design high-quality static and motion creatives for Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms.
Create posters, reels, stories, banners, and ad creatives for marketing campaigns.
Design promotional materials for online and offline campaigns (posters, standees, hoardings, etc.).
Capture and edit photos/videos during academy events, workshops, and student activities.
Ensure brand consistency with Lakme Academy's visual identity and tone of communication.
Social Media & Marketing Support
Work with the marketing team to conceptualize monthly social media calendars.
Develop creative concepts for course promotions, admissions, festivals, and trending topics.
Stay updated with the latest design and social media trends in the beauty, fashion, and education sectors.
Coordinate with counsellors and management for event and student highlights.
Support paid ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Display) with optimized visuals and copy inputs.
Requirements
Qualification:
Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
Experience:
0-2 years (Freshers with a creative portfolio are welcome).
Technical Skills:
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (mandatory).
Video editing skills (Premiere Pro & After Effects preferred).
Understanding of aspect ratios, ad design guidelines, and visual storytelling.
Photography & Cinematography
Soft Skills:
Strong sense of design aesthetics, color, and typography.
Passion for beauty, fashion, and lifestyle content.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
