: We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our growing Salesforce consulting company. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually stunning and engaging designs that effectively communicate our brand message, enhance our marketing efforts, and support our clients\' Salesforce initiatives. Your designs will play a vital role in capturing attention, building brand identity, and conveying complex ideas in an intuitive and visually appealing manner. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives, target audience, and design requirements for various marketing campaigns and collateral.
• Develop innovative and impactful designs, including but not limited to website graphics, social media visuals, infographics, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Translate complex ideas and concepts into compelling visual representations that are easy to understand and visually appealing.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive visual identity across all marketing channels.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the quality and impact of our designs.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to gather feedback and refine designs based on their input.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth implementation and integration of designs into digital platforms.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project deadlines.
• Maintain a digital asset library, organizing and archiving design files for easy access and reuse.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, preferably in the technology or consulting industry.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or other industry-standard design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative designs across various mediums.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Ability to think creatively and translate ideas into visually appealing designs that align with the target audience and marketing objectives.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work within tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles is a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and its design ecosystem is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to receive feedback constructively and make design revisions accordingly.
