We are searching for a highly motivated and creative Junior Graphic Designer with 0 to 1 year of experience to join our team. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our design team to create visually appealing and effective design materials that align with our company\'s branding and marketing objectives. Responsibilities: Graphic Design Support: Assist the design team in the creation of various graphic assets, including social media graphics, advertisements, brochures, flyers, posters, and other marketing materials. Branding Assistance: Support the maintenance of the company\'s visual identity and branding guidelines, ensuring consistency across design projects. Design Development: Work collaboratively with senior designers to develop creative concepts and bring design ideas to life. Layout and Typography: Learn and apply principles of layout design and typography to create visually pleasing and well-structured materials. Image Editing: Gain experience in image editing and retouching for use in marketing materials. Digital and Print Design: Contribute to the creation of graphics for digital channels, such as website banners, email templates, and social media posts, as well as print materials. Project Support: Assist in managing multiple design projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and learning from the design process. Feedback Incorporation: Be open to feedback from team members and clients and make revisions to designs as necessary. Skill Development: Continuously improve your design skills and stay up-to-date with design trends and software through mentorship and training. Requirements: Education: A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory. 0-1 Year of Experience: Ideally, you have up to one year of relevant design experience, including internships or coursework projects. A strong portfolio demonstrating your skills is a plus. Basic Design Software Proficiency: Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is preferred but not required. Creativity: A passion for design and the ability to think creatively to solve visual problems. Communication Skills: Effective communication and willingness to learn and collaborate with team members. Time Management: Basic organizational skills to manage tasks and meet deadlines. Adaptability: Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow as a designer. Technical Skills: Any knowledge of web design, motion graphics, or video editing is a bonus but not necessary.
