A Graphic Designer specializing in posters and creating visually compelling and effective designs for a variety of projects, ranging from posters to promotional materials, event flyers, banners, and more. This position demands a combination of artistic creativity, technical proficiency, and a strong understanding of design principles. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize and Design: Collaborate with management and creative teams to conceptualize and create visually appealing posters, flyers, banners, and other visual collateral, adhering to brand guidelines and project objectives. Software Proficiency: Expertly use graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools to create and edit designs. Image Selection: Curate and select appropriate imagery, illustrations, or photography to enhance the visual impact of posters and collateral materials. Print and Digital Formats: Create designs suitable for various formats, including print (posters, brochures, banners) and digital (social media graphics, online advertisements). Deadline Adherence: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting project deadlines and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Feedback and Revisions: Collaborate effectively with clients and team members, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions to design concepts. Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with design trends, software updates, and industry best practices to continually improve and innovate in the field. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in graphic design or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing poster and visual collateral design work. Proficiency in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout composition. Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
