This role involves conceptualizing and executing design projects across a range of mediums, including print and digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize and Design: Develop creative concepts and design layouts for various marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, email campaigns, presentations, and website content. Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and product managers, to understand project requirements and deliver compelling visual assets. Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create high-quality designs. Print Production: Prepare and deliver print-ready files, ensuring accuracy in color, resolution, and format for various printing processes. Digital Design: Create visually appealing graphics for websites, social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, and other digital channels. Illustration: Generate custom illustrations or graphics as needed to enhance design projects. Photography and Image Editing: Select and edit high-quality images for use in various design projects. Market Research: Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure designs are fresh and relevant. Feedback and Revisions: Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and improve design projects. Time Management: Prioritize and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing a range of design work. Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.). Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography. Knowledge of print production processes and digital design best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
