Willing to work in shift in rotational basis. 4. 6 days working and ready relocate to chennai. 5. 6 Months of Contract and based on performance will become a permanent employee Role : Graphic Designer - InDesign Exp : 0 - 2 Yrs Qualification : Graduate in any discipline / Qualification in multimedia tools Skill : Adobe Indesgin Location : Teynampet or RA Puram Shift : Rotation shift depends on project(day/evening/night) Cab : One Way Cab is provided depends on shift timing. Salary : 2.5LPA Vacancy : 10 Nos : Act as the chief counsel for all graphical issues/clarifications Act as a support function towards training and development activity within the Graphics team. This would involve analysis and dissemination of feedback to individual Graphic Designers Ensure job plan is conducted on all jobs Effective mentoring of GDs, identifying areas of improvement and providing inputs to training cell on training needs Complete all assigned jobs as per committed time, in an accurate and client specific manner Raise any discrepancies in client supplied data with the Project Coordinator for appropriate client clarification via CSE Keep Admin Assistant / project coordinator proactively informed of any delay in delivering job over internal commit time Adhere to print, electronic security and physical access procedures Ensure production level accuracy in filling all production level reports Check feedback on a daily basis Ensure process adherence at all times
