We are international examination coaching centre and visa consultant from last 8 years. We need an individual, who can lead from front for new initiatives. She/he would be given compensation above than industry norms. Graphic Designer \xe2\x80\x93 Key Result Area 1. Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements. 2. Creating images and layouts by using design software. 3. Testing graphics across various media platforms. 4. Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software. 5. Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic. 6. Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company appropriately. 7. Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video. 8. Use trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific classifications 9. Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects. 10. Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions. 11. Determine voice and messaging for graphic design pieces. Preferred skills and qualifications 1. Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and other video editing software). 2. Must have good knowledge of using Photoshop software. 3. Knowledge of WordPress and content management systems 4. A keen eye for aesthetics and details. 5. Good written skills 6. Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills. 7. Must have 6 months experiencein professional graphic design, preferably with a creative or marketing agency. Preference would be given to 1 year experience candidate. 8. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline. 9. Familiarity with Word press, HTML and CSS preferred Salary 1. Salary Rs. 15000 to 18000 depending on knowledge of candidate 2. Salary on 7th of each month 3. 1 paid leave monthly 4. Every alternative Saturday off 5.
