About the job : We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer at TaazaPanta , You will be responsible for the visualization and creation of creatives, illustrations, layouts, and whatever is needed for the brand to communicate its message effectively. You will collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute design solutions that effectively support marketing campaigns and promotional materials. Responsibilities:

• Develop and create eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for both digital and print platforms, including social media posts, logos, brochures, flyers, banners, and advertisements.
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives and translate them into compelling visual designs that align with our brand identity.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across various marketing channels.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns and other design projects.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other team members to ensure visual and textual elements work harmoniously to convey the intended message.
• Stay updated on design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve design quality and effectiveness.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain the highest level of attention to detail in all deliverables.
• Utilize design software and other relevant tools to create and edit graphics and layouts efficiently.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• A keen eye for aesthetics, color, typography, and composition.
• Understanding of design principles and how they influence the user experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Animation and video editing skills would be an advantage but are not mandatory.
