Job Description

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating and managing visual concepts, ensuring high-quality and innovative design solutions. They work closely with other team members to deliver creative designs for social media. The role requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to lead design projects, and the expertise to mentor junior designers while maintaining the integrity of the brand's aesthetic vision.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and produce visually compelling designs for social media, meta-advertisements, branding, website and printing. Lead design projects from concept through execution, ensuring adherence to the project brief, deadlines, and budget. Create original concepts and design layouts that align with the company's brand and strategic goals. Ensure that all designs align with brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all design deliverables. Continuously evaluate and improve brand assets to keep them modern and effective. Utilize industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDraw etc. Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure the company's designs are fresh and innovative. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, keeping track of deadlines and deliverables. Coordinate with other departments to gather requirements, communicate timelines, and ensure smooth project execution. Review design work for accuracy, consistency, and high standards before final delivery. Ensure design files are well-organized and properly prepared for production or web deployment.

Qualifications:



Education:

Bachelor's degree

Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of professional design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, skill and versatility. Previous experience in an agency handling social media accounts with knowledge of digital marketing trends and social media best practices. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles. Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate designs accordingly.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
