Job Summary:



The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visual materials that promote the hospital's brand identity, services, and events. This includes designing brochures, posters, social media creatives, digital banners, internal communication materials, and other marketing collaterals in alignment with hospital standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Design and develop creative concepts for hospital branding, marketing, and awareness campaigns. Create brochures, pamphlets, posters, standees, hoardings, newsletters, and signage as required. Design digital creatives for website, social media posts, and online advertisements. Collaborate with the marketing and PR teams to plan and execute promotional designs. Maintain consistency in brand identity and hospital design guidelines across all materials. Support internal departments by designing forms, templates, ID cards, and other communication materials. Manage photo and video content for promotional use. Update and maintain hospital image archives and creative assets.

Qualification & Skills:



Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field. Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, InDesign, Canva, etc.). Strong understanding of visual composition, typography, and color theory. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Experience in healthcare or service industry preferred.
