We're looking for a

Lead Graphic Designer

who brings creativity, strategic thinking, and strong visual storytelling to our growing portfolio of consumer brands. You'll head our in-house design team and own the visual expression across digital, print, packaging, and campaigns--ensuring a consistent, engaging, and elevated brand experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, managing workloads and ensuring high-quality output Own the visual identity across all brand assets--digital, print, packaging, POS, and campaigns Collaborate with product, marketing, and content teams to deliver design solutions aligned with business goals Create and oversee compelling creatives for product launches, social media, website, and ads Maintain brand consistency while innovating within brand guidelines Stay on top of design trends, tools, and technologies Manage design workflows, timelines, and stakeholder expectations

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field 5-8 years of design experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior design role Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital creatives, packaging, and campaign work Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma, After Effects is a plus Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and visual storytelling Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills Experience in D2C, FMCG, or consumer product industries preferred
