Job Description

We are looking for a

highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer

with strong conceptual thinking and hands-on execution skills. The ideal candidate should be capable of translating brand ideas into

impactful visual designs

across digital and print platforms.

This role requires someone who understands

branding, performance creatives, and modern design trends

, and can deliver high-quality work consistently.

Key Responsibilities

Create visually compelling designs for

social media, ads, websites, landing pages, and marketing campaigns

Design performance-driven creatives for

Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid platforms

Develop and maintain

brand identity, visual guidelines, and consistency

across all assets Work closely with social media managers, marketers, and content teams Design creatives for

reels, thumbnails, banners, posters, brochures, and presentations

Adapt designs for multiple formats, platforms, and resolutions Revise and optimize designs based on

performance data and feedback

Stay updated with

design trends, tools, and AI-powered design workflows

Required Skills & Qualifications

3-6+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer Strong command of

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

(After Effects / Premiere is a plus) Experience designing for

digital marketing and performance campaigns

Excellent understanding of

color theory, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills A strong

portfolio showcasing branding and marketing creatives

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

Motion graphics or basic video editing experience Experience with

Canva Pro, Figma, or UI/UX design

Knowledge of

AI design tools

(Midjourney, Firefly, etc.) Experience working with agencies, startups, or high-growth brands Understanding of

marketing funnels and conversion-focused design
