Job Location: Patna

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the creative team to develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts for various projects. Create visually engaging designs for print, digital, and multimedia platforms, including but not limited to advertisements, brochures, social media content, and website graphics. Produce high-quality illustrations, icons, and other graphic elements to enhance brand identity and communication. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure designs are modern, relevant, and effective. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand project requirements and provide creative solutions. Assist in the development and maintenance of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer creative ideas and insights to drive innovation and excellence.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative design work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software. Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and other design fundamentals. Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality work under tight deadlines. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs accordingly. Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design is a plus.
