Purpose of the role:

As a Graphic designer part of the bid management vertical in the larger marketing team, creation of high impact graphics and proposal images that contribute towards producing a winning proposal will be key to your role. You will work as an integral part of the bid / proposal team to ensure all customer facing documentation / media is of the highest visual impact. You will need to produce proposal graphics for use both in electronic and hard copy materials and should have the ability to work with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to turn written, numerical, and existing content into compelling visual representations.


You should be confident with working a range of software and design tools to create design output that can be incorporated into tender documents and accompanying materials specified / required by the client. It is important you possess a good eye for layout and design, attention to detail, ability to take direction well, have a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:

To support the bid and proposal team in the production of customer facing imagery and designs that convey value propositions, win themes and the solution narrative. You will be responsible for creating compelling designs, illustrations and graphics in a variety of formats, including but not limited to: high profile presentations, diagrams, maps, infographics, document design, exhibition materials and visual material. Confident in your ability to visualize your concepts and articulate your ideas to clients. To ensure compliance with required proposal deliverables. To create and manage a range of document and presentation templates. Precisely control and interpret information flow between team members. Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment without compromising artistic creativity and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Work within corporate brand guidelines. Work with subject matter experts to turn written, numerical and existing content into compelling graphical representations Strong attention to detail.

Ideal Candidate:

4+ years of relevant work experience Advanced desktop publishing software skills such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, InDesign, and Microsoft Office + Work on Google Suite Experience of collaborating with diverse, cross cultural and multi-disciplinary teams Proven skills in producing proposal content within a complex business environment Good oral and written communication skills Eye for detail
