Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Design and Production
Design and produce
a wide range of marketing materials, including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, infographics, brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
Develop and evolve
the company's visual brand identity, ensuring consistency in color, typography, and imagery across all touchpoints.
Create visually engaging content for digital platforms (including motion graphics or video editing, if applicable).
2. Collaboration and Project Management
Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Content teams to understand project objectives and develop design concepts that meet business goals.
Manage multiple projects
concurrently, meeting deadlines and delivering assets under tight timelines.
Present design concepts and rationale clearly to internal stakeholders and integrate constructive feedback into final designs.
3. Brand Management and Technical Proficiency
Maintain and organize a library of digital assets, including photography, video clips, and design files.
Ensure all designs adhere to
brand style guides
, legal requirements, and technical specifications for various media (e.g., web resolution, print specifications).
Stay current with industry trends and technologies to ensure the company's visual communication remains fresh and competitive.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
1+ years
of professional experience in graphic design (in-house or agency setting).
Expert proficiency
in the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
A strong portfolio demonstrating creative, high-quality, and diverse design work across digital and print media.
Excellent understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) or motion graphics.
Familiarity with UI/UX principles for web and mobile design.
Experience designing for email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
