Position Summary: Graphic Designer plays a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing and executing visual communication materials to effectively convey ideas, messages and concepts. This role requires a keen eye for design aesthetics, proficiency in various design software tools and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality graphic solutions that meet the objectives of the organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conceptualization and Ideation: \xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives and target audience. \xef\x82\xb7 Generate creative ideas and concepts that align with the brand identity and messaging. \xef\x82\xb7 Translate conceptual ideas into visually appealing designs across various mediums such as print, digital and multimedia. 2. Graphic Design: \xef\x82\xb7 Develop visual assets including logos, illustrations, infographics, layouts and other graphic elements. \xef\x82\xb7 Design marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media graphics and presentations. \xef\x82\xb7 Ensure consistency in design elements, typography and colour schemes across all materials. 3. Software Proficiency: \xef\x82\xb7 Utilize industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools. \xef\x82\xb7 Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques and software advancements to enhance design channels. 4. Brand Identity and Guidelines: \xef\x82\xb7 Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency in visual representation across all communication channels. \xef\x82\xb7 Assist in the development and evolution of brand identity elements such as logos, colour palettes and typography. 5. Collaboration and Communication: \xef\x82\xb7 Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product and content teams to understand design requirements and deliver effective solutions. \xef\x82\xb7 Communicate design concepts, rationale and recommendations effectively to stakeholders and team members. 6. Project Management: \xef\x82\xb7 Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. \xef\x82\xb7 Coordinate with external vendors such as printers and suppliers to ensure the quality and timely delivery of printed materials. 7. Quality Assurance: \xef\x82\xb7 Conduct thorough quality checks on designs to ensure accuracy, consistency and adherence to project specifications. \xef\x82\xb7 Iterate and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes. 8. Qualifications and Skills: \xef\x82\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field. \xef\x82\xb7 Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects. \xef\x82\xb7 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software. \xef\x82\xb7 Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory and layout techniques. \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent communication, collaboration and time-management skills. \xef\x82\xb7 Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities. \xef\x82\xb7 Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality designs that exceed expectations.
