If you have a keen eye for aesthetics and a flair for design, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Graphic Designer for our client Jade Hospitainment (check them on Instagram) -https://www.instagram.com/jadehospitainment/ Key Responsibilities: Create Stunning Visuals: Design visually appealing marketing materials and visuals to showcase the vacation rental home\'s features, amenities, and ambiance. Photography Enhancement: Enhance and retouch property photos to make them look their best, ensuring they capture the essence of our vacation home. Branding Development: Contribute to the development of a unique brand identity for our vacation rental, including logos, color schemes, and branding guidelines. Online Presence: Design captivating and responsive website elements and social media graphics to promote the vacation rental across various online platforms. Print Materials: Create brochures, flyers, and print ads to market the property locally and regionally. Guest Experience: Design informative and visually appealing welcome packs, guest manuals, and instructions to enhance the overall guest experience. Collaboration: Collaborate with our marketing team to align your designs with our branding and marketing strategies. Qualifications:

• Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Understanding of visual design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Experience with photography and image editing is a plus.
• Knowledge of the vacation rental industry is a bonus.
