Job Description

Merkle Science provides blockchain transaction monitoring and intelligence solutions for web3 companies, digital asset service providers, financial institutions, law enforcement and government agencies to detect, investigate and prevent illicit use of cryptocurrencies. Merkle Science is headquartered in New York with offices in Singapore, Bangalore and London. The team has combined experience across Bank of America, Paypal, Luno, Thomson Reuters and Amazon. The company has raised over US$27 MM from SIG, Beco, Republic, DCG, Kenetic, GGV and several others.


Team and Role As Merkle Science grows and scales we are looking to expand our design team. The successful candidate will work in partnership with our existing Visual Communications Designer on a broad range of marketing design projects, including enhancing our visual identity, and creating best-in-class marketing collateral. They will have the opportunity to work with colleagues and stakeholders around the world in a broad range of mediums including digital, print, video and more. Sitting in the Marketing team, the Visual Communications Designer will help us build our brand, generate demand for our solutions and accelerate our growth.



Roles, Responsibilities and Requirements

• Helping to enhance our brand identity, guidelines and design execution

-Designing creatives and collaterals for digital marketing - including banners, emailers, newsletters, PDFs, adverts etc.

• UI design (landing pages, forms etc) in partnership with our existing Visual Communications Designer and business stakeholders

-Print marketing assets - exhibitions stands, banners, flyers, brochures, signage etc.

• Designing layouts, images for social media and corporate communications
• Designing presentation layouts for external and internal audiences

Beneficial Experience
Video editing and production
Experience using Hubspot and Webflow
Experience using Filestage


Experience

• 3+ years of experience in graphics and visual design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• A great portfolio
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, and typography and design skills
• Experience designing for technology focused and/or innovative companies
• Ability to understand brief, ideate and provide creative and unique ideas

-Someone with an eye for pixel perfect designs following the basic graphic rules and maintaining brand consistency at -the same time

• The ability to work at pace and across multiple projects simultaneously
