There are no boundaries we are afraid to explore and no stones we won't upturn to solve the current skill gap perpetuated by antiquated engineering curriculums.We are looking for highly creative and dynamic graphic designers to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media. Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we'd like to meet you.Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
• Create compelling and effective designs for digital/social media
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Good conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills

Requirement:

• Proven work experience or portfolio as a graphic designer
• Good knowledge of print, digital and social media designs
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Adapt to a fast-paced startup environment
• Proficiency in Tamil is mandatory
