What is the role of a Senior Graphic Designer?As a Graphic Designer one will be working on dedicated projects right from conceptualization and designing of Environmental graphic design, branding for Corporates, and creating graphics including illustrations, branding, Signages & wayfinding for corporate based on the requirements and design brief given by the end client and CSM. Designers should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we'd like to meet you.As a designer you will have big responsibility as your Environmental Graphic Design & Signages will inspire and attract the target audience.Responsibilities

• Study design briefs, marked layouts, etc and determine requirements
• Schedule projects and define timelines
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand sketches
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
• Test graphics across various print media
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Requirements and skills

• Proven graphic designing experience
• A strong portfolio of understanding brand elements, coloraturas' combinations, images, illustrations, or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as CorelDRAW X4 or above, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines and collaborate with team.
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus

Experience:

• Designing: 5 years (Preferred)
