Essential Job Functions:

• Create compelling and engaging creative assets that contribute to brand and marketing initiatives.
• Support the design and development of brand assets, including campaign creative, guidelines, and templates.
• Support internal designers with production of campaign assets.
• Create motion graphics, GIFs, illustrations, infographics, and print deliverables such as advertisements.
• Provide design and creative support for brand programs, social media campaigns, website content, and other marketing media.
• Microsoft PowerPoint presentation skills are a must as this will be critical part of the work.

Qualifications:

• Experience Level: 4 to 5 Years
• Relevant Experience required: 4 to 5 years - Working with large multinational brands.
• Education Required: Bachelor's degree in fine arts, graphic design, or an equivalent experience
• Excellent verbal & communication skills

Required skills

• Design experience at an agency, design firm, or in-house marketing or communications department.
• Advanced knowledge and experience in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere, and PowerPoint.
• Deep understanding of typography, design elements and principles, and best practices across print and digital executions.
• Innovative mindset with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to work across time zones and manage multiple projects under time pressure to meet deadlines.
