Roles & Responsibilities:
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Strong hold on design softwares like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Working
knowledge of Figma will be a bonus.
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts, using creative approaches.
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Staying up to date with design trends, typography styles and softwares.
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Ability to work independently from creative concept to execution.
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f To be accountable for the work by the creative team ensuring all work is as per brand
guideline and platform's best practices.
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f To work closely with the senior designers to create strong concepts from the initial
briefing.
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Together with the senior designer, work actively with all internal and external
stakeholders to ensure the delivery of the highest level of client service xe2x80x93 from brief,
creative, design and production.
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Managing projects deliverables and key deadlines.
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Quality control.
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Strong interaction, communication and presentation skills.
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Multimedia, BMM, Arts graduate/field related. (not mandatory)
Skills & Qualifications:
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Strong designing & communication skills.
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f 1-3 years of proven experience in graphic designing.
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Up-to-date with current marketing & social trends.
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Ability to come up with creative & fresh ideas.
xc3xa2xc2x97xc2x8f Management & organizational skills: Ability to manage several projects and
interact with large teams, stakeholders, etc.
