Role Summary

We\'re seeking an exceptional Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to work alongside our talented in-house creative team in India but also support and work alongside the creative team in the UK. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Branding and Creative based in the UK.

The ideal candidate will have a natural eye for design and be a prolific generator of dynamic ideas that connect with all types of audiences in the B2B and B2C spaces. It is an excellent opportunity for a Mid-weight Graphic Designer to develop their skills and gain experience in a variety of media with the potential for advancement.

Core Duties/Responsibilities

• Meetings with clients or internal stakeholders to discuss the objectives/requirements of projects and build successful ongoing relationships
• Interpret the clients\xe2\x80\x99 business needs and develop concepts to suit their purpose
• Innovate design and engage with multiple tasks simultaneously within agreed budgets and timescales
• Present concepts, development and final ideas to the Head of Branding, clients and/or stakeholders
• Produce accurate and high-quality designs
• Produce artwork using pre-press processes and create artwork for online use
• Develop video storyboards or concepts with written rationale and instructions
• Source compelling imagery, video footage and sound effects to suit the brief
• Work within Equiniti\xe2\x80\x99s brand guidelines as well as strict client brand guidelines
• When needed, assist offsite for filming and photography
• Work on your own initiative independently and always support the rest of the team
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly Motion Graphics (After Effects, Premiere)
• Work on PowerPoint presentations to an expert level
• Video editing and animation skills (Premier and After Effect) advantageous

Skills, Capabilities and Attributes

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following experience, skills and behaviours:

• A minimum of 6 years experience in an in-house environment or agency
• An ability to understand and engage with international design trends and client design standards
• Strong understanding and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud; InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop

and Acrobat (essential) * Proficient in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere (advantageous)

• Have strong PowerPoint skills and experience (essential)
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written) (essential)
• Photography and filming knowledge (advantageous)
• Experience creating storyboard and animations from a script (advantageous)
• An understanding of the printing process and the ability to send your own artwork to print and/or production
• Proven track record of creative and innovative thinking/design work
• Excellent attention to detail
• Consistently driven to learn new skills and keep abreast of design innovations
