We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our vibrant marketing team As a Graphic Designer at Betterhalf, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and executing visually stunning designs across various channels, including digital platforms, print materials, and social media Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize and create visually engaging designs for marketing campaigns, social media, email newsletters, and other promotional materials. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand project objectives, target audience, and messaging to ensure designs align with campaign goals. Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design assets, ensuring they adhere to Betterhalfs brand guidelines. Design compelling graphics for advertisements, social media posts, and banners to drive user acquisition and engagement. Produce high-quality illustrations and infographics that effectively communicate complex information in a visually appealing manner. Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. 2-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or tech-driven environment or in any mainline creative agency. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and other relevant design tools. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including digital and print materials. Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
