The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms. Responsibilities: Study Design Briefs: Review and understand design briefs to determine project requirements. Project Management: Schedule projects, define budget constraints, and manage timelines effectively. Visual Conceptualization: Conceptualize visuals based on project requirements and brand guidelines. Drafting and Presentation: Prepare rough drafts and present design ideas to stakeholders. Design Development: Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using both software and traditional methods. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with copywriters and managers to produce final designs. Color and Layout Expertise: Use appropriate colors and layouts for each design, ensuring brand consistency. Media Testing: Test graphics across various media to ensure compatibility and visual appeal. Feedback Implementation: Amend designs based on feedback received from stakeholders. Brand Consistency: Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and align with brand guidelines. Animation and Video Creation: Create animations, GIFs, and short videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 4 years of proven graphic designing and video editing experience. Portfolio: Showcase a strong portfolio featuring illustrations, logos, branding, posters, banners, and other relevant designs. Software Proficiency: Proficient in design software and technologies, including InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects. Aesthetic Eye: Demonstrate a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and convey design concepts. Deadline Management: Ability to work methodically and meet project deadlines consistently. Education: Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus.
