Job Overview: As a Graphic Designer at praNetR Tribes, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing visual content strategies for our clients\' social media campaigns. You will work closely with our diverse client base to create compelling graphics, animations, and other visual assets that resonate with their target audiences and drive engagement. Responsibilities: Visual Content Creation: Design visually stunning and engaging graphics, images, videos, and animations for various social media platforms that align with client branding and campaign objectives. Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients and account managers to understand their specific goals and requirements, ensuring that the visual content aligns with their marketing strategies. Campaign Support: Create and adapt visual content to support various marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions across multiple industries. Brand Consistency: Ensure that all social media visual content adheres to the client\'s brand guidelines while maintaining creativity and innovation. Content Calendar Management: Assist in the development and execution of social media content calendars, ensuring timely and relevant posting schedules. Stay Informed: Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging design tools and techniques to keep clients ahead of the curve. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a marketing agency or digital marketing context. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.). Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams. Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative visual concepts that align with client objectives. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
