Collaboration:
Work closely with art directors, copywriters, marketing strategists, and account managers to bring ideas to life.
Brand Consistency:
Maintain and uphold brand guidelines across all visuals and deliver consistent design quality.
Production-Ready Assets:
Prepare high-quality files for both digital and print production, ensuring correct formats, color profiles, and specifications.
Revisions & Feedback:
Make timely design adjustments based on internal and client feedback.
Trend Awareness:
Stay updated with design trends, advertising styles, and emerging creative technologies.
Time Management:
Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
Quality Control:
Proof-check designs for accuracy, clarity, and visual appeal before final delivery.
Presentation:
Present design ideas and concepts to the creative team or clients when needed.
RequirementsEducation & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred).
1-3+ years of experience in an advertising agency or similar creative environment.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects or Premiere is a plus).
Strong typography, layout, and color theory knowledge.
Experience designing for both
digital and print
media.
Understanding of social media formats, responsive design, and UI/UX basics (bonus).
