Key Responsibilities
Design high-quality creatives for
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other social platforms
Create
posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, thumbnails, banners, and ads
Develop visually consistent content aligned with
brand guidelines
Collaborate with
social media managers, content writers, and marketing teams
Understand platform-specific design requirements and trends
Adapt designs based on performance insights and feedback
Work on quick turnarounds without compromising quality
Maintain design files, templates, and asset libraries
Work on brochures, leaflets and other print related assets
Create brand guidelines and templates
Required Skills
Proficiency in
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with
fashion, lifestyle, jewellery, or consumer brands
Familiarity with
Meta Ads creatives and performance-based design
Knowledge of
short-form video trends
Working knowledge of
Canva (Pro preferred)
Strong understanding of
typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
Experience designing for
social media and digital marketing
Ability to follow brand aesthetics while adding creative value
Basic understanding of
motion graphics / reels design
is a plus
Strong time management and attention to detail
