Graphic Designer
to join our creative team.
Job Responsibilities
Create engaging and on-brand graphics for social media, ads, websites, and branding projects.
Collaborate with the content, video, and motion graphics teams to produce high-quality visuals.
Develop layout designs, thumbnails, posters, banners, brochures, and other marketing assets.
Work with brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visuals.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative concepts for campaigns.
Edit and refine designs based on feedback and project requirements.
Stay updated with the latest trends in design, digital marketing, and visual communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
Strong sense of layout, typography, color theory, and branding.
Ability to take creative direction and work under tight deadlines.
Strong portfolio showcasing design skills (Mandatory).
Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is an added advantage.
Additional Preferences
Experience working in marketing agencies or fast-paced design environments.
Understanding of modern design aesthetics and social media trends.
Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Salary
?12,000 per month during the 1-month probation period
?17,000 per month after probation (based on performance)
