Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Apparel & Textile Design:

Create original graphics, prints, and patterns for clothing and accessories that align with seasonal trends and brand aesthetics.

Branding & Trims:

Design visual elements for brand identity, such as logos, color schemes, and custom graphics for labels, tags, and packaging.

Marketing & Digital Content:

Develop visually appealing materials for print (flyers, ads, brochures) and digital platforms (social media, websites) to promote collections and sales.

Trend Research:

Conduct market research and analyze fashion and color trends to inform design decisions and ensure designs are commercially viable.

Collaboration:

Work closely with fashion designers, textile designers, and merchandisers to ensure designs are cohesive with garment silhouettes, fabrics, and overall brand strategy.

Prototyping & Production:

Prepare digital mock-ups, create print-ready files, and collaborate with printers to ensure final products meet design specifications.

Mood Board Creation:

Develop visual mood boards and presentations to communicate design concepts and ideas to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Design Software Proficiency:

Advanced skills in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, are essential.

Creativity & Concept Development:

A strong ability to generate new, innovative, and commercially viable design ideas.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in creating digital designs, preparing them for print, and developing visual mock-ups.

Trend Awareness:

A deep understanding of current fashion, textile, color, and general design trends.

Attention to Detail:

Strong accuracy and meticulousness in design execution and file preparation.

Collaboration & Communication:

Excellent teamwork, organizational, and communication skills to work effectively within a design team.

Hand Drawing Skills:

The ability to sketch and illustrate designs by hand is often beneficial.

Brand Understanding:

Knowledge of brand guidelines to ensure designs maintain a consistent and cohesive visual identity.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
