We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Fresher Graphic Designer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career in design, eager to learn, and passionate about creating engaging visuals.

Responsibilities:

Study design briefs and determine requirements Conceptualize visuals based on requirements Prepare rough drafts and present ideas Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand Amend designs after feedback Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery. Generating fresh concepts. Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects. Assist in creating graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media. Support the design team in preparing drafts, mockups, and final creatives. Contribute ideas and concepts during brainstorming sessions. Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines. Adapt existing designs based on feedback. Stay updated with design trends and apply them creatively.
Requirements and skills:

A keen eye for aesthetics and details Excellent communication skills Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus knowledge regarding design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma). Strong creative thinking and attention to detail. A portfolio of academic, freelance, or personal design projects (mandatory). Good communication and willingness to learn in a team environment. Ability to meet deadlines and take feedback positively.
