Millennium Software Solutions is looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to manage our social media presence and create engaging visual content for both our IT training institute and our digital marketing agency's clients. The ideal candidate will be skilled in designing posts, creating reels, editing videos, and have an interest in teaching. This role requires a passion for delivering high-quality designs and managing multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

:

? Design eye-catching social media posts, banners, and promotional materials for Millennium Software Solutions and our digital marketing agency's clients.

? Create engaging reels and videos for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.

? Edit videos to ensure high-quality content that aligns with brand guidelines.

? Use tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and other design software to produce professional graphics.

? Manage and schedule social media posts to maintain a consistent online presence.

? Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns that attract students and clients.

? Occasionally assist in teaching design concepts or tools to students as part of our training programs.

? Stay updated on design trends and social media best practices to ensure fresh and relevant content.

Qualifications and Skills

:

? Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

?1-4 years of experience in graphic design, social media content creation, and video editing.

? Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro or similar).

? Strong portfolio showcasing social media posts, reels, and video editing work.

? Excellent creativity and attention to detail in designing professional graphics.

? Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

? Interest in teaching or mentoring students in design-related topics.

? Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
