Job Summary:

We are looking for a

Graphic Designer

with a creative and technical skill set to join our dynamic design team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality visual designs, from concept to final execution, across various platforms. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create designs that align with the brand's identity and provide great user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design Creation:

Develop visual concepts, including graphics, logos, brochures, banners, and advertisements for digital and print media. Create visually compelling content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and meet quality standards.

UI/UX Design (Preferred):

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. Apply user-centered design principles to create intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and functional designs. Assist in wireframing, prototyping, and designing interactive elements to improve user experience. Conduct design reviews and iterate on design concepts based on user feedback and testing.

Collaborative Design:

Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to execute design strategies that align with business goals. Present and explain design ideas to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.

Web and Mobile Design:

Design web layouts, mobile app screens, and other digital experiences that prioritize usability, responsiveness, and visual appeal. Create and maintain style guides for digital platforms, ensuring consistency in design across all assets.

Design Refinement and Revisions:

Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring that designs are visually consistent and refined across multiple platforms. Revise and improve designs based on feedback from clients or internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience:

2+ years

of professional experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing your work.

Education:

A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, UI/UX Design, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and other design software. Knowledge of

UI/UX design principles

and design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is preferred. Familiarity with

HTML/CSS

is a

plus

, but not required. Experience with creating responsive and user-centered designs for websites and mobile applications.

Creativity & Attention to Detail:

Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful, functional designs. A solid understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.

Communication & Collaboration:

Ability to present and explain your design work to non-design stakeholders. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Time Management & Problem Solving:

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Problem-solving skills with the ability to approach design challenges creatively and analytically.
