BASE LOCATION: Cuttack, Odisha (Office-based)

LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE : 1-2 years(Freshers with relevant skills can be considered)

REMUNERATION: INR 2.8L - 3.6L Annual CTC (Based on skills and relevant experience)

Profile Brief:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Animator to join our internal content and production team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, possesses strong storytelling abilities, and can transform ideas into visually compelling learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create detailed and visually clear storyboards to communicate concepts for various video content formats.

- Stay updated on industry trends, pedagogy, design standards, and program-specific developments to inform creative decisions.

- Develop high-quality 2D/3D animations, motion graphics, character animations, and interactive elements using industry-standard tools.

- Design smooth transitions, visual effects, and dynamic elements that enhance storytelling and viewer engagement.

- Integrate animations with audio, voiceovers, and music--ensuring perfect sync, clarity, and visual coherence.

- Edit, refine, and finalize video outputs to deliver polished, professional-quality content.

- Incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders and implement revisions efficiently.

- Proactively suggest creative ideas, innovative formats, and improvements to elevate content impact.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Strong expertise in animation and video editing tools.

- Good understanding of visual communication, storytelling, and design principles.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.

- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to convert concepts into engaging visuals.

- Knowledge of the Odia language will be an added advantage.
