Job Responsibilities

Graphic Designing

Create posters, reels, social media creatives, brochures, and marketing collaterals. Design real estate project visuals, ads, and landing page assets. Edit videos, reels, and short promotional clips. Maintain high-quality branding across all platforms.

Social Media Management

Handle daily posting on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Write engaging captions & hashtags; maintain page theme and consistency. Plan monthly content calendars. Track engagement, monitor performance, and coordinate lead flow with sales. Basic ad management is a plus.

WordPress (Required)

Update website pages, blogs, and landing pages on WordPress. Upload property listings, images, and creatives on the website. Maintain website speed, images, and overall user experience. Basic knowledge of plugins, themes, and website updates.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager. Strong skills in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/CapCut.

WordPress knowledge is mandatory.

Understanding of real estate content is preferred. Strong creativity, communication, and fast execution skills.

Salary

?20,000 - ?35,000 per month (Based on experience)
