We are seeking a creative and compassionate

female graduate

to join our team as a

Graphic Designer and Kindergarten Assistant

. This unique dual-role position involves both the design of educational and therapy materials for children with special needs, as well as providing one-on-one support in a kindergarten setting when design work is not required.

Key Responsibilities:Graphic Design Duties:

Create engaging and age-appropriate educational and therapy materials tailored for children with special needs. Collaborate with therapists and educators to understand specific child requirements and reflect them in visual design. Use digital tools and software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva) to produce high-quality, print-ready materials. Assist in maintaining a library of reusable design assets and resources.

Kindergarten Assistant Duties (1:1 Support):

Work closely with children aged 3-6, providing one-on-one support during play, learning, and therapy activities. Follow educators' and therapists' guidance to support each child's developmental goals. Help with classroom management and contribute to a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. Assist in daily routines such as snack time, bathroom breaks, and structured group activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (preferably in Graphic Design, Education, Science, or a related field). Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children--especially those with special needs. Ability to adapt and multitask between design and classroom responsibilities. Previous experience in education, special needs, or design is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Understanding of child development or early childhood education. Basic knowledge of special education strategies or therapy approaches. Creative mindset with attention to detail.
