Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented and versatile

Graphic Designer

to join our team in Anand. The ideal candidate will creating visually compelling graphics to elevate our brand presence. This role requires creativity and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for a wide range of digital and print assets, including websites, social media graphics, infographics, banners, brochures, and more. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing team) to understand project requirements, target audience, and key messaging, ensuring design deliverables effectively communicate the desired message. Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies, implementing innovative ideas to enhance design quality and user experience. Maintain brand consistency and adhere to design guidelines, ensuring all visual assets align with our brand's tone, style, and values. Use your artistic flair to develop illustrations, icons, and other custom graphics that elevate the overall visual impact of our brand. Optimize designs for different platforms, considering factors like responsiveness, load time, and user interface/user experience (UI/UX) best practices. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all designs meet our standards and specifications. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions to meet project objectives. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and project requirements in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Design high-quality visuals for social media posts, advertisements, websites, and marketing materials.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in graphic design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong content writing and creative design skills with a keen eye for detail. Understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design principles. Video editing and motion graphics skills are a plus. Familiarity with the latest design tools and technologies. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising quality. A self-motivated individual who takes initiative stays updated with industry trends, and continuously seeks to enhance design skills.
