Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Photography & Videography

Capture high-quality photographs and videos during school events, assemblies, competitions, and functions. Edit and organize photos/videos for school archives, website, and social media. Maintain digital photo library and ensure timely delivery of event media.
2. Graphic Design & Branding

Design posters, flyers, certificates, newsletters, invitations, and banners for school activities. Create visual content for school social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.). Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials.
3. Social Media & Digital Support

Assist in planning and posting creative visuals for the school's social media updates. Support the communication team in enhancing school visibility through creative content.
4. Collaboration & Coordination

Work closely with teachers, event coordinators, and the media team to understand design and photography needs. Manage time effectively during multiple school events and deadlines.
