About the Role:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team in Ambernath. This role is ideal for a design professional with 5+ years of hands-on experience in delivering impactful visual content across digital and print platforms.You will play a key role in shaping the brand's visual identity, leading creative execution for marketing campaigns, and producing high-quality design and video assets aligned with the company's marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the conceptualization and execution of marketing creatives for both digital and offline campaigns. Design and deliver high-quality visuals including social media creatives, website banners, brochures, presentations, infographics, and other brand assets. Collaborate closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to develop compelling visual storytelling and campaign concepts. Create, edit, and produce professional-quality videos and motion graphics for digital marketing initiatives. Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all visual communications. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting timelines and quality standards. Review, refine, and optimize creative outputs to enhance brand impact and engagement. Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging digital media best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design or a similar creative role. Strong proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects or equivalent tools. Excellent visual design skills with strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities. Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, social media platforms, and content formats. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively. Experience in video editing and basic motion graphics is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹25,426.56 - ₹50,000.00 per month
