Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field

2. Technical Skills

Design Software Proficiency:

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD)

Figma or Canva (as per project needs)

Understanding of Design Principles:

Color theory, typography, layout, and composition

Basic Motion Graphics (optional but preferred)

Knowledge of Printing and Digital Formats

3. Experience

0-2 years for junior roles or internships

Experience in branding, social media creatives, advertisements, or UI/UX is a plus.

4. Portfolio

A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, originality, and diverse design styles.

Should demonstrate ability to align with brand guidelines and objectives.

5. Soft Skills

Creativity and strong visual imagination

Attention to detail

Time management and ability to meet deadlines

Good communication and teamwork skills

Receptive to feedback and revisions

6. Other Preferred Requirements

Understanding of marketing trends and social media design standards

Basic knowledge of UI/UX and responsive design

Familiarity with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.)

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
