Job Responsibilities: We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Content Creator to join our dynamic marketing & branding team. As a Visual Content Creator, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling visual content for our brand across various social media platforms, websites, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for design, stays updated on visual trends, and has a passion for creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience. 1. Graphic Design: Conceptualize and create visually appealing graphics, images, and other design elements for social media posts, campaigns, and promotional materials. Ensure all visual content aligns with the brand guidelines and maintains a consistent aesthetic. 2. Social Media Management: Collaborate with the social media team to understand campaign objectives and create visuals that effectively communicate the brand message. Optimize visual content for different social media platforms, considering platform-specific requirements and trends. 3. Content Ideation and Innovation: Contribute creative ideas for visual content that enhance the brand\'s online presence and engagement. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies to bring fresh and innovative perspectives to the team. 4. Multimedia Production: Create engaging multimedia content, including videos, GIFs, 2-D Animations, 3-D Animation and interactive visuals, to enhance user experience and captivate the audience. 5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and campaign managers, to ensure cohesive and integrated visual storytelling. Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and improve visual content. 6. Quality Control: Maintain high-quality standards for all visual assets produced, ensuring they are error-free and effectively convey the intended message. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or related field. 2. Proven experience as a Visual Content Creator, Graphic Designer, or similar role. 3. Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant software. 4. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their visual requirements. 5. Creative mind-set with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of visual content projects. 6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
