Position Overview: Graphic Designer We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative and marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro), as well as intermediate knowledge of video editing. The candidate will be responsible for developing digital and print creatives that align with the institution's brand identity across multiple verticals. Key Responsibilities:

? Conceptualize and design high-quality visual content for marketing, social media, website, and print materials.

? Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to create promotional designs for campaigns across campus and other group entities.

? Create engaging Canva/Adobe templates for social media, presentations, and internal communications.

? Edit and produce short-form videos and reels for YouTube and Instagram.

? Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and message alignment. ? Manage creative assets, maintain version control, and adhere to project deadlines. Required Skills and Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Media, or a related field.

? Proven experience (2-4 years preferred) as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role. ? Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.

? Intermediate understanding of video editing softwares.

? Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and visual storytelling ability.

? Ability to multitask and manage creative deliverables for multiple brands simultaneously. ? Excellent communication and time management skills. Preferred:

? Knowledge of AI tools will be an added advantage. ? Experience working in the education sector will be considered a plus. Employment Type: Full-time, On-site.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
