Designation - Graphic Designer
Experience - 01 to 03 years
Position Overview - We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and the ability to translate marketing and branding strategies into innovative and impactful designs. You will be responsible for creating a wide range of graphics and layouts, including website graphics, social media visuals, brochures, logos, and other marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities -
- Design and produce high-quality visual content for digital and print media, including social media graphics, email campaigns, advertisements, brochures, banners, and more.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project scope and objectives.
- Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites.
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all design work, ensuring alignment with the company\'s visual style and messaging.
- Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and design techniques to continuously improve creative output.
- Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed.
Qualifications -
- Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven 1+ years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio of work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web design principles is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and defend design decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Preferred Skills -
- Experience in motion graphics and video editing.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design.
- Experience working with digital marketing teams.
