Key Responsibilities: 1. Create visually appealing designs for a wide range of marketing materials, including websites, social media graphics, brochures, advertisements & logos. 2. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives, ensuring designs align with the overall brand strategy and target audience. 3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the team. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and development, to ensure design projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. 5. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. Requirements: 1. Proven experience as a graphic designer, either in-house or at an agency. 2. Proficient in graphic design software. 3. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles. 4. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously. 6. Knowledge of web design principles and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
