Job descriptionWe are looking for a talented Graphics/Media designer to design engaging and on-brand graphics.The ideal candidate will have experience working with agile teams, UX designers or Marketing/Advertising agencies. You will participate in design discussions, creative works for the company, and translate any given user-experience journey into creative designs.Roles and Responsibilities Work with copywriters and creative director to produce the final design. Study design briefs and requirements. Conceptualize visuals based on requirements. Contribute creative ideas for design. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas. Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic. Test graphics across various media. Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand. Create & improve UX mock-ups with an aesthetic sensibility.Requirement Minimum 2 years of experience in creating creative graphics for UX/UI design team/marketing department/advertising agency. Expertise in tools like Adobe Creative Cloud or other design software. A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics. A keen eye for aesthetics and details. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines. Ability to work in the agile/scrum development process.
